The wallet I got (Diplomat) is excellent. But I'm going to write about the exchange experience, which was really unique.
I originally got the Ambassador, but upon receiving it decided that it was a bit too small for my needs. So I emailed and said I'd like to exchange it for the Diplomat. They emailed back a new shipping label, which I printed. All I had to do was put the wallet back in the packaging it arrived in, put the new shipping label on the outside, and put it in my mailbox. That's it. Then I emailed to say I had mailed it, and I believe they sent the new one on its way before they had even received the old one.
I didn't have to go to a post office, and I didn't even have to pay any shipping--the label was postage-paid. I don't even think they charged me for the difference between the two wallets (I believe the replacement was about $5 more than the original), though I wouldn't have minded if they had. I'm really impressed that they literally did everything reasonably possible to make the return experience as easy as possible for me.
