To all who have pre-ordered The Pilot, we want to thank you so much for the support! An email was previously sent with this update so please refer to the email for all the details, but we want to make sure all are aware of where we are in the process.
We are so sorry this process has taken much longer than we originally anticipated! We have finally received our first batch to begin fulfilling our pre-orders and we will begin shipping these out over the next few days! Unfortunately, due to the Lunar New Year stopping production for an entire month, we were not able to receive our entire order and will not be able to fulfill all of the pre-orders for the Pilot until March 15th. We are so sorry for the additional delay! If you are among those in this first batch we will be sending out, you will get an email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number when your Pilot is ready to ship within the next few days. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation, we assure you your Pilot is coming! We will be able to fulfill all of our pre-orders by March 15th and you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking. Please forgive us for this process taking much longer then we had hoped.
We appreciate your patience, feedback, and support through this process! This project has been two years in the making and we’re excited to finally be shipping The Pilot. We believe it will be one of our best wallets yet and can't wait to get it in your hands and hear what you think of it!
