Disappointed overall.

Initially was sent an incorrect or defective model which didn't fit. They allowed me to exchange it but shipping is very slow so it was a bit inconvenient waiting a week for the first item then another week or more for the corrected item. No offer to expedite the shipping or provide any compensation was made.

The case fits, but it's far from perfect. It would make a clicking sound on several parts when the case would touch the laptop, I remedied this with some tape but I shouldn't have to for the price of this product.There was also a small area of discoloration and tearing of the leather which looks really out of place considering the rest is tanned and styled a certain way.

I also feel like they should have an option to remove the andar logo.

For the price I don't personally feel it's worth it, there are other options for much less and while I was willing to pay a premium to know I'm getting a premium product I don't feel like that's what I got from andar.

In an age when things are built to only outlast the return period, it’s shocking to come across a product as fine tuned and quality as this laptop case. I have tried the cheap, the custom, the recommended and they have all left me unimpressed. Until I came to this one. It fits like a dream and it clips into place like it was meant for my laptop. The leather is exceptionally soft and lovely and it’s easy to care for. Opening my laptop is joy! The customer service exceeded expectations. I’m so glad I came across this company.
