We want you to be happy with your purchase, however we understand with online purchases it can be difficult to know if a product is a good fit for you until you have it in your hands and can truly experience it in person. If you would like to return the item you ordered, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 40 days of your purchase to let us know and we can help you with your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We also would need a proof of purchase, which can be either the invoice that was sent with your order or even a printed copy of your order confirmation. This is needed so we know who to issue the refund to.
We do not accept returns for the following:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 40 days after delivery.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation and issue your refund. Depending on how it was paid, your refund can take anywhere from 2-10 business days depending on the bank or credit card company. Please keep in contact with us if you are having issues seeing your refund returned to your account.
Item received damaged or not working properly? We do our best to make sure each product function and looks the best it can. If your order was sent to you with any issues, we want to take care of this for you and make it right. Please contact us at email@example.com and let us know.
Warranty: Our products have a 1 year warranty, if your item has an issue in that time frame that would be due to product quality (for example: stitching coming apart, not functioning properly, etc). Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and send us photos of the issues you are experiencing with your product. We stand by the quality of our products and want to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We sincerely apologize at this time we do not issue free return labels.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. When we receive the item you are returning, we only refund the amount you paid for the item you purchased. Again, we do not refund any shipping costs that may have been applied at the time of purchase or any amounts paid for return shipping.
